The short version: Aaron has no accounts and asks for nothing about you. Your history and personal context live on your own device, not on our servers. Your words are processed to produce your result, not to build a profile of you.

1. What we process

The content you submit (text, speech transcripts, images) is processed by Aaron's rewriting engine, which runs on secure enterprise AI infrastructure, to generate your result. We do not store the content of your requests on our servers.
Voice is transcribed by your own browser's built-in speech service (for example Google's or Apple's, depending on your device), subject to their policies. Audio does not pass through our servers.
Usage analytics: we record anonymous, content-free usage events: a random device identifier, which mode was used, when, token counts, and whether you tapped thumbs up or down. This tells us how Aaron is used; it does not tell us what you wrote.

2. What stays on your device

These are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them. We cannot see them.

3. AI processing

Aaron's rewriting engine runs on secure, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure. Content submitted for processing is handled under strict data protection terms, is processed transiently to produce your result, and is not used to train AI models.

4. What we do not do

No accounts required, no ad trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
If you choose to join the Founding Members list, we store the email address you provide, and use it only to reserve your founding spot and contact you about your membership. Nothing else.
We do not sell or share your data.
We do not build profiles of users.

5. Server logs

Like nearly all web services, our hosting provider (Render) keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and timestamps) for security and reliability. We use request rate limits keyed on IP addresses to protect the service from abuse.

6. Changes

If we add features that change what we process (for example, optional accounts), we will update this policy first.
