Aaron (talktoaaron.app) is a writing tool by Hammer & Stone, a VaultxCircle studio. You give it rough text, speech, or images, and it returns rewritten text such as prompts, emails, or notes, generated with the help of artificial intelligence. By using Aaron, you agree to these terms.
Aaron's output is generated by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything Aaron produces before you use, send, or rely on it. Aaron is not a source of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
We may limit or block access that violates these rules.
You keep all rights to the text and images you submit and to the output you receive. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use the results.
When you attach an image, you confirm all of the following:
Aaron analyzes images only to generate a text description or prompt. Images are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers. Prompts generated from an image are descriptions; if you use them with third-party image generators, you are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with those generators' terms and applicable law. Descriptions of copyrighted characters, artworks, logos, or a living artist's style may not be lawful to reproduce commercially; that judgment and responsibility are yours.
We may refuse to process any content, and repeated attempts to process prohibited content may result in losing access to the service.
Aaron is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, limit, or discontinue features (or the service) at any time, and we may introduce paid plans in the future. We will aim to communicate significant changes, but we are not obligated to keep any feature available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammer & Stone and VaultxCircle are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aaron, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for free use).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aaron after an update means you accept the revised terms.
